  • Working with a corporate client in the Consumer Goods space to support with changing their Financial Planning and Forecasting ways of working through new technology; Carrying the delivery and all change management activities of implementing the new tool globally and ensuring the business teams are prepared to take on the new ways of working
  • Working alongside a Consumer Goods client to review their e-commerce platform and Product Catalogue tools; Understand their ways of working and current gaps in the tool they use – identify new needs and requirements and recommend ways of improving the current tools
  • Business development opportunity helping a Fast Fashion retailer with advice on how to expand outside of the UK and analyzing the markets they could move their warehouse to better service Europe.

 

  • Business Transformation and Strategy for luxury fashion retailer

1. Put together a company-wide task force to tackle the issues of Cancellations and Returns aimed at bringing them down for both menswear and womenswear platforms.

2. Ran end-to-end strategic projects which included internal and external analysis, financial modeling and finally collating all this information into a business case that would eventually get shared with the interested. One example was related to enhancing the Loyalty Programme by adding a Vintage Concierge Service for the VIP customers

 

  • Product Strategy Management for luxury fashion retailer1. Working at the intersection of the Tech and Product sides of the business to look at opportunities for improving the e-commerce platform. This involved working with all key areas of the business, across all brands, to identify pain points and ideal ways of working that could be implemented through Technological improvements. Worked alongside the wider Product team to understand the return on investment for each identified opportunity and prioritize it on the roadmap off the back of that. Oversaw the business cases put forward and managed the delivery

 

  • Buying and Merchandising Strategic Projects Management for luxury fashion retailer
  1. Working as part of the Buying and Merchandising team to identify areas of improvement and increase efficiency within the team’s processes

    2. Supporting the team with BAU activities that require input and guidance from stakeholders in the wider business; identifying any needs for wider strategic projects to help the team

    3. Trade activities, Buying calendar planning and tasked with leading any ad-hoc projects arising from these activities

     

  • Business Transformation and Strategy for luxury fashion retailer1. Led Digital Transformation activities across Buying & Merchandising, CRM, Personal Shopping and Affiliates, supporting the business with new processes and tools as a result of an extensive tech change program (process mapping and improvement, training and being the main point of contact for Business teams)2. Provided E2E support for all the teams above on any post-go-live issues and where needed identified and implemented solutions (e.g. MID issues, Pricing, FX Rates)
